What services are covered under Retainership?

1.GST, TDS Compliances

These are basic compliances but are very important to comply. The amendments to GST are numerous and keeping update to oneself becomes tedious job. Nevertheless, this is an important to adhere to it.

2.Statutory Registers

Preparation, maintenance and updation of all the Statutory Registers as and when required under the Companies Act, 2013, such as Register of Members and Index of Members, Register of Directors and KMP, Register of Directors shareholdings and so on.

3.Minutes and Resolutions

Preparation of Minutes of all the Meetings when conducted throughout the entire financial year and the resolution as passed therein.

4.Company Annual Filing Compliance

Preparation and filing of Form AOC-4 for filing of annual audited financial statements, Form MGT-7 for filing of Annual Return of the Company and Form ADT-1 for Appointment of Statutory Auditor of the Company in AGM.

5.Partners Meeting Minutes (In case of LLP)

Preparation of Minutes of the meetings of Partners of the LLP whenever conducted throughout the entire financial year and the resolutions as passed therein;

6.Preparation and filing of any changes in the LLP

Whenever there are changes in the LLP Agreement, like Addition or resignation of partners, change in profit sharing ratio, modification of the object clause or any other, the same needs to be informed to MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) by filing prescribed forms.

7.Creation of Charge

Whenever the Organisation want to register the Charge upon Borrowings from banks or financial institutions, then necessary compliance is required to be done. Creation of charge with MCA in such cases is very important.

8.Annual Filing Compliance

Preparation and filing of form with MCA from time to time in order to comply with respective laws and regulations.
1. In case of LLP Form 8 and Form 11 and other are required to be filed with MCA.
2. In case of Company AOC 4, MGT 7, MGT 14, and other are required to be filed with MCA
3. Directors DIN KYC is requires to be done every year.
