Being a Chartered Accountant with 17+ years of experience in the area of Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Regulatory Compliances, Financial Planning, Analysis & Accounts, he brings a lot of discipline, dedication & reliability with his work ethic. His areas of expertise includes Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, Due Diligence & Valuations, M&A transactions, Taxation, Strategic & Financial Planning, Advisory Services, Financial Reporting (I-GAAP, IFRS), FP&A, internal controls for implementation of e-governance and financial reforms, preparation of Financial Manuals, business process re-engineering and procedure simplification. Dinesh has held multiple key positions in Telecom Sectors and has handled many special assignments like implementations of ERPs, SAP & Oracle.
Roshani is Associate Consultant and one of the pillar of North Pole LLP. She has completed B.Com from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. Chartered Accountant by profession with 10+ years of experience Roshani is with North Pole since last 3+ years. Before joining North Pole she had corporate experience with Volkswagen for 5 years. With an in-depth working experience of cashflow cycles, profitability & cost drivers, growth formula and financial planning, She has also handled P&L responsibility at various times and adept at selection and application of strategy.
Pooja is Associate Consultant. She has completed her B.Com from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Pooja is Chartered Accountant and is associated with North Pole since 2 Years. Her area of expertise is Service, Trading, Manufacturing Industry and maintaining MIS, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Taxation and Audits, Management Consulting, Process Management, Business Plans and Data Analytics.
Bhagyashree is Head of Digital Marketing and Marketing Wizard of North Pole. She has completed her BBA in International Business From Pune University. Before joining North Pole, she has worked in multiple sectors like IT, Health Care, Transport etc as a digital marketer for Business and Brand development. She ensures the successful running of digital channels and campaigns that create new customer leads, promote the brand and it's services, and contribute to overall company growth. With her skillset she takes care of our Content Writing, social media marketing, Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, Twitter marketing, LinkedIN etc.
